Bag forming and handle attachment in a single moulding process, eliminating the need for 2–3 manual labourers in the subsequent handle attaching stage; handle positioning accuracy is ≤±0.1 mm, ensuring no misalignment or handle detachment even during high speed operation.

04. Integrated Four Sided Bottom Folding and Forming Mechanism

Servo controlled independent four fold bottom clamping plates complete bottom folding, gluing and compression moulding in a single operation, ensuring square, three dimensional corners on all four sides. The bottom's adhesive bond strength far exceeds industry standards, preventing food packaging bags and garment carrier bags from collapsing or delaminating even when fully loaded.
