This unit typically employs a modular design, allowing for the selection of 1-4 color groups depending on requirements. The pattern is printed directly on the roll paper before entering the paper bag making process, eliminating the need for a separate printing press and additional unwinding/rewinding equipment, significantly saving changeover time and equipment space.
This printing unit is located between the unwinding and forming sections of the paper bag machine. After unwinding and alignment, the roll paper enters the printing unit, where each color group is printed sequentially and dried. It then proceeds to the original roll forming, cutting, and bag bottom forming processes of the paper bag machine, achieving a one stop completion from raw roll material to finished paper bag.
