Flap and Adhesive Tape Square Bottom Paper Bag Machine
The CQ-FP automatic paper bag making machine with flap (easy tear line and two adhesive tapes) is used to produce paper bags with flaps. It starts with unpainted or printed rolls of paper, followed by window opening, waste removal at the flap, and perforation of the tear line and the flap. The main machine then applies side glue, bag forming, pulls it apart, cuts it, creases it, applies bottom glue, shapes the bag bottom, and conveys the bag out, all completed simultaneously in one operation. This truly achieves fully automated production, effectively saving labor costs.
