The machine's production process is as follows: Roll unloading (optional non stop automatic feeding) → Automatic web guiding and pre cleaning → Constant tension control → Multi color fully servo CI printing (independent servo drive for each color group) → Inter color drying → Center cylinder temperature control → Rewinding (optional non stop roll changing). The machine can be connected to die cutting, creasing, punching, slitting, and other downstream units for one stop production.
