01. Exclusive Down-Blow Water-Cooling Forming Process

This process utilizes a high-end, industry-leading down-blow water-cooling structure, in which the film exits the die head and enters a water tank for rapid cooling and setting. Compared to traditional PE up-blow air-cooling processes, the cooling speed is doubled.

02. Integrated Water-Cooling and Drying System

Equipped with a recirculating, constant-temperature cooling tank and a hot-air drying oven, this system rapidly dries residual surface moisture after the film is water-cooled and set. The film surface is left dry and clean, free of water marks or spots, and can be printed on or used for bag manufacturing without secondary processing.

03. 32:1 Aspect Ratio Alloy Screw Designed Specifically for PP

Tailored to address PP’s characteristics of good melt flow and a narrow molding temperature range, this custom-designed high-kneading, low-shear screw ensures thorough plasticization without material sticking, resulting in uniform and stable output.

04. High-Precision Rotating Die Head

Equipped as standard with a 360° rotating die head and a dual-roll steel winding mechanism, this system ensures neat film edges and uniform tension during winding.
