It features stable durability, accurate color registration, low cost, and easy maintenance, ideal for printing on paper bags, paper plastic laminates, films, nonwovens, and other roll materials. It is a cost effective mainstream choice for food packaging, supermarket shopping bags, and gift bags.

All Gear Drive: The main drive adopts high precision helical gears for direct power transmission, high torque, and fast response. Compared with synchronous belts, it is more stable under heavy loads, has no long term slippage, and has lower maintenance costs, suitable for high intensity continuous production.
Stable & Efficient: Mechanical speed 80–100m/min, practical printing speed 50–80m/min. Equipped with pneumatic plate lifting, automatic web guide, tension control for fast roll/plate changes, adapting to small to medium batches with frequent job changes.
Accurate Registration: Gear closed loop drive + 360° longitudinal registration, registration accuracy ±0.20mm. No obvious deviation during start/stop/speed changes, meeting high requirement printing for text, dots, and solids.
Reliable Drying: Independent oven with hot air circulation + constant temperature control, compatible with water based/alcohol based inks. Ink dries instantly post print to prevent blocking and smudging; automatic heat cut off when stopped for energy saving and safety.
Wide Material Compatibility: Prints on 20–300g paper, kraft paper, food grade coated paper, PE/PP film, nonwovens. Common widths: 600/800/1000mm (max material width), printing width 560/760/960mm.
Smart & User Friendly: PLC + touchscreen, auto stop for web break/count completion, pre start alarm, variable frequency speed regulation. Ceramic anilox rolls with hard chrome plating, hard anodized and dynamically balanced guide rollers for durability and easy maintenance.
