Product Overview

Designed for HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE, it features high output, low energy consumption, a flat film surface, and uniform thickness, widely used in shopping bags, garbage bags, food packaging, industrial films, etc. It is the preferred choice for small‑to‑medium packaging factories to upgrade main production machines.

High‑Efficiency Extrusion System: The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoAl alloy steel, with nitriding treatment + precision grinding for wear and corrosion resistance. The 32:1 L/D ratio ensures uniform mixing and plasticization, with stable melt temperature, large extrusion volume and low energy consumption.
High‑Speed Stable Production: Output 100–150kg/h (HDPE) and 150–200kg/h (LDPE). Equipped with dual stabilizing rings, automatic air ring and closed‑loop tension control for stable bubbles, thickness accuracy ±0.001mm, no vibration and few film breaks at high speed.
Precision Die Head & Cooling: Center‑feed spiral die head with polished and chrome‑plated flow channel for uniform discharge. Dual‑air‑port cooling ring + high‑power centrifugal fan provides high cooling efficiency, resulting in high transparency, good gloss and no wrinkles for high‑speed printing/bag making.
Intelligent Automation: PLC + touchscreen with automatic temperature control (±1℃), auto meter counting, auto stop on web break, closed‑loop tension. Friction double winder + torque motor ensures neat winding and easy roll change. Optional on‑line thickness gauge + edge trim recycling saves labor and reduces waste.
Wide Material Compatibility: Suitable for HDPE/LDPE/LLDPE, producing 700–2000mm fold width, 0.03–0.20mm thickness films. HDPE for ultra‑thin high‑strength films; LDPE for thick high‑toughness products.
Durable & Easy Maintenance: Variable‑frequency main motor saves 20%+ energy. Gearbox with forced lubrication + oil cooler ensures long‑term stability. Hard‑anodized and dynamically balanced guide rollers ensure smooth, low‑noise operation with low maintenance costs.
