The CQE Pre piercing Servo Driven Flat Bottom Paper Bag Machine is a high speed, fully automatic piece of equipment integrating pre piercing and full servo drive, specially designed for mass production of small to medium sized eco friendly flat bottom bags for food, bakery, nuts, and snacks. It processes 40–80gsm unprinted or printed paper rolls (e.g., kraft paper, food grade coated paper). Equipped with a pre piercing mechanism and servo control system, it completes all processes in one pass: unwinding, pre piercing ventilation holes, side gluing, edge folding & tube forming, servo length setting, mechanical breaking, bottom folding, bottom gluing, flat bottom shaping, and automatic bag collection.
